That means continued roadway improvements and modernized infrastructure, expanded community development, and stronger recreation and entertainment options that give residents more reasons to gather close to home. Mississippi Crossings remains the centerpiece of this vision—a riverfront destination that anchors local growth, draws visitors, and supports the small businesses that make Champlin thrive.

Just as importantly, the plan reinforces public safety by adding more patrol officers so our neighborhoods stay secure as the community grows.
